Action for Cheetahs in Kenya works under the authority and in partnership with the Kenya Wildlife Service (KWS). ACK research provides data that drives science-based cheetah management.
KWS is a governmental organization under the Ministry of Tourism & Wildlife. On 30 October, the Permanent Secretary (PS) for the ministry was invited to join partners in carnivore management to highlight efforts in conflict mitigation and carnivore conservation.
ACK highlighted our Conflict Mitigation Toolkit. We join hands with fellow researchers, educators, and community members to conserve predators & protect livelihoods.
