REFUND & RETURN POLICY.

Effective Date: 1 August 2025

Quick Summary

  • Merchandise – Printed on demand. No returns or exchanges for change of mind or wrong size. Replacements or refunds only if items are damaged, defective, printed incorrectly, or lost.

  • Donations – All donations are final unless made in error (e.g., duplicate payment).

Merchandise (Wix / Printify)

  • Made-to-order: We can’t accept returns or exchanges for personal preference or size issues.

  • Covered issues: Damaged, defective, incorrect print, or lost shipments.

  • What to do:

    1. Email info@actionforcheetahs.org within 14 days of delivery.

    2. Include your order number, a description, and clear photos (if applicable).

    3. We’ll replace the item at no cost. If a replacement is not possible, we’ll refund the original payment method.

  • Note: Shipping costs are non-refundable unless the issue is our or Printify’s fault.

Donations

  • Non-refundable: All donations are considered final because funds are used immediately for conservation work.

  • Exceptions: We may refund if:

    • You donated the wrong amount

    • You made a duplicate payment

    • There was a processing error

    • You donated to ACK by mistake

  • What to do:

    1. Email info@actionforcheetahs.org within 14 days of the donation.

    2. Include your name, date, donation amount, payment method, and reason for the request.

    3. Approved refunds are returned to the original payment method within 5–10 business days.

Merchandise Received as Part of a Donation

If your donation includes merchandise (for example, a t-shirt as a thank-you gift), the merchandise follows the Merchandise policy above.
