Nairobi Facility Caretaker

Ken has worked with Action for Cheetahs in Kenya since 2007 as the Nairobi house manager.

His job is essential to keeping ACK running smoothly and ensuring the home base stays secure and ready for any meetings or research that takes place when the team is not in the field. He also completes house maintenance and keeps the compound clean.


Samburu Camp Caretaker

Seiyan began working with Action for Cheetahs in Kenya at the Samburu research camp as a caretaker in 2016.

He was born in the Masse block (Sesia area) of the Meibae Community Conservancy. Seiyan acts as a host for interns, volunteers, and students ensuring their needs are met throughout their proramme with ACK.

Lebulkat is one of the  camp caretakers at the ACK Samburu Research Camp, where he started working in July of 2017.

Lebulkat is from the Sesia area in Meibae Community Conservancy and has a love for nature as well as wild animals and is always eager to learn more about them.

Prior to working for Action for Cheetahs in Kenya, Lebulkat worked as a security guard in Nairobi and a caretaker at a primary school in his home area.
